A Place for Everyone
Located inside the Wesley Foundation at Southern Miss, Equinox Coffee is a fully functioning coffee shop that serves the campus and community Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Whether you are a student looking for a place to study, a professor grabbing coffee between classes, a neighbor stopping by, or someone looking for a quiet and friendly space, you are welcome here.
How It Began
In 2022, Equinox Coffee began as part of Wesley’s vision to create a place of hospitality at the heart of campus life. What started as a coffee shop has become a front door for community, ministry, and connection. Throughout the week, the same space that serves coffee also becomes a place for worship, Bible study, prayer, student gatherings, and life-giving conversations.
Our Goal
The goal of Equinox Coffee at Wesley is simple: to create a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and known. We believe ordinary places can become sacred spaces when hospitality is practiced with love. A cup of coffee, a table to study at, a familiar face, or a conversation at the counter can be the beginning of friendship, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.
